Meet Maria a proud mother of two, Julian y Lucia. As the daughter of two immigrants from Veracruz, Mexico, she grew up watching her parents chase opportunity with courage and sacrifice. Their journey taught her that dreams have no limit and that hard work creates legacy.

Maria is both a General Contractor and a Real Estate professional, blending her construction expertise with her passion for helping families and investors build generational wealth. With hands-on renovation experience and a sharp investor mindset, she plans to be an asset for her community guiding others through smart investments, value-add renovations, and long-term financial growth. Making her an amazing asset at The Hive Co. Realty. 

Currently completing her Business Administration degree, Maria is already preparing for what’s next: a master's in construction management so she can continue elevating her skills, her business, and the people she serves.

Her children are her why. They are her motivation, her push, and the reason she shows up stronger every day. Maria strives to be the role model they deserve. The pillar and the pier to their foundation proving that with discipline, education, and heart, anything is possible.

Outside of work and school, Maria is a fantasy-movie fanatic (Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Avatar — say less!✨). And if you ever hear corridos tumbados playing, it’s probably her especially if it’s Peso Pluma. 

Maria leads with culture, and resilience. She shows up for her family, for her community, and for the future she’s building one project, one client, one goal at a time.
